Creamy Coconut Sauce

Ingredients:

1 young coconut
juice of lime
1 clove garlic, or garlic powder
Cilantro
Salt
Cayenne(optional)

Directions:

Scrape out the meat and add some of the coconut water, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. It will be quite thick add more water depending on your liking. Pour over Shredded zucchini or vegetables of your choice and enjoy!
