Raw Lunch on the Go for Kids

Ingredients:

Whole Avocado
Whole tomato
Rice Cakes

Optional:
A little dulse or herbamere

Directions:

My kids love this almost raw food lunch packed to go. Bring a whole avocado, whole tomato, rice cakes, one tomato knife and plate or cutting board. (Don't forget the cloth napkin.) Slice the avocado and spread on the rice cake. Top with sliced tomato. A little dulse or herbamere is nice but not necessary.
