Nutless Granola Bars

Easy to make and store nicely in an air tight container.


2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2- 3/4 cups craisins
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp veg oil


1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. In a large bowl mix oats , graham crackers, brown sugar & salt.
3. In a small sauce pan, mix maple syrup, water, and oil - heat until simmering. Pour into oat mix.
4. Mix well and clump
5. Bake 30 minutes. Add dried fruit. Bake another 15 min.
