Seltzer Cake from a Mix

When you cannot use eggs, you can use seltzer and a cake mix to make an easy, great cake.

Ingredients:

Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix**
1 1/2 cups seltzer (I recommend lemon flavor)

** You can substitute another cake mix of your choosing. I like this one because I think the \"pudding in the mix\" helps with the texture of the cake

Directions:

1. Mix together cake mix and seltzer
2. Do NOT add anything else - although the package says to add oil, eggs and water, do not add them.
3. Mix and bake as directed!

Note: I have also been told that root beer works great in chocolate cake. Its the same idea. This recipe can be tweaked depending on your favorite brands and flavors.
