Glazed Sweet Potatoes
5 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 /2 cup brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons safe margarine, melted
Boil sweet potatoes for approximately 15 minutes, and then carefully remove. Cut potatoes in halves, lengthwise. Place sweet potatoes in greased casserole dish, and coat with brown sugar and melted margarine mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately one hour, or until tender.
