Lemon Sherbert
Ingredients:
2 cup prepared double strength Dari-Free or dairy alternative
1 /2 cup granulated sugar
1 /2 cup lemon juice
1 /2 teaspoon guar or xantham gum
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, and process for one minute, or until smooth. Transfer mixture to freezer canister of ice cream maker, and proceed according to manufacturer’s instructions.
