Chilli for all

Great for people that are allergic to a lot. Feeds a lot of people. Great to freeze in single servings for a quick meal durning the week. Low fat and healthy.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork or chicken or beef
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of corn
1 can of chick peas
1 can festa or basil tomato soup
1 small can tomato paste
2 can tomato sauce
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
10 fresh mushrooms sliced
2 stalks of celery diced
Pepper to taste
pinch of crushed chillis or chilli powder

Directions:

Cook choice of meat with onions and mushrooms. Drain of access grease once cooked. Add all other ingredients (including juices in bean, peas and corn)

Simmer for 1 hour.
