Turkey Meatballs -Wheat, Dairy, Soy and Nut Free

Ingredients:

Ground Turkey
Rice cakes
italian spices
garlic
olive oil

Directions:

1lb of Ground Turkey
1 tsp of olive oil
3 tsp of water
2 Rice cakes chopped in food processor
1 or 2 cloves garlic chopped fine
Italian spices to taste
salt and pepper

Combine all of the above ingredients. Make meatballs about the size of a golf ball. Place on cookie sheet that is greased with olive oil. Cook for about 1/2 hour in oven at 350 degrees
