Wheat-free, Dairy-free Cake

Tastes great!


1/3 cup Millet Flour
1/3 cup Soy Flour
1/3 cup Tapioca Starch
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
4 Tb Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup Water
2 Tb Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tb White Vinegar


Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
In a seperate bowl, beat together the wet ingredients.
Combine the two bowls and mix together.
Pour into oven-safe dish and until golden-brown (Time will depend on baking dish).

If you want, you can add icing.
