Easy, dairy-free popcorn!
Vegetable Oil or other oil
Put enough oil in a pan to just barely cover the bottom. Put in two popcorn kernels and set the heat to high. After both kernels pop, pour in enough kernels to almost cover the bottom of the pot, but not piled up at all. Cover with a lid and move the pot back and forth as the kernels pop. When the popping slows down, turn of the heat and wait several seconds. Salt to taste.
