Banana Soy Shake

A family favorite!

Ingredients:

Soy Milk (Vanilla or Chocolate)
Frozen Banana
Sugar or other Sweetener
Vanilla Extract or Imitation Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Fill a blender halfway with soy milk. Add a few frozen bananas and a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and blend on the highest setting. Keep adding more banana until it reaches the desired consistancy. Add sweetener to taste.

Things you can add:
Any kind of berry (frozen is better)
Coconut
Walnuts
Cinnamon
Whatever you want!
