A simple, tasty, 100% dairy-free recipe for rice pudding.
3 cups Soy milk
1 cup Water
1 cup Rice
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
First, make sure you have a pot large enough to fit all of the ingredients with plenty of room left. Put in the soy milk, water, and rice, and place the pot on the stovetop. Cook on medium, stirring constantly. After a while, add the sugar and salt. Continue to cook and stir until the desired consistancy is achieved.
