Cashew and Lime Peas

Gluten free, casein free, very low salicylate. 4 generous side-dish servings.


10 oz frozen green peas
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
the juice of one lime (2-3 tablespoons)


begin to steam green peas in a steamer basket
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high. Add cashews and stir until they turn light brown.
Combine cashews and peas in a serving bowl. Season with sea salt and lime juice and toss.
