Kid-Friendly Breakfast Smoothie

banana and cashew butter smoothie. SOO delicious. Very low salicylate, gluten free, casein free.

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1/4 cup milk substitute (we like soy dream\'s very vanilla
1 cup ice

Directions:

Throw the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 Serving.
