Low Salicylate, Gluten Free, Casein Free. 2 out of 3 kids liked it
2 lbs ground beef
6 shallots, chopped
handful of fresh chives, chopped
handful of fresh parsley, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
a pinch of sugar
Mix together everything escept the safflower oil.
Shape into meatballs.
Coat a skillet with safflowr oil.
Heat over medium.
Add meatballs to skillet and brown (I usually have to do this in two batches).
Cook until meatballs are done (time varies depending on size...mine usually take about 10 minutes.
Serves a whole honkin\' lot of people.
