Very Low Salicylate Salad

Gluten Free/Casein Free, feingold friendly, very low salicylate salad. Try with my garlicky dressing found in the condiment section. 2 out of 3 kids liked it alright, but it was still vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/4 head of white or green cabbage, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 Cup frozen peas, thawed
4 hardboiled eggs, peeled

Directions:

In a large shallow serving bowl arrange lettuce and cabbage. Sprinke celery and peas on top. Slice eggs in half, the long way. Slice again into quarters, the long way again. Arrange the eggs around the border of the bowl.
