Spicy Salad Dressing or Dipping Sauce

Gluten Free/Casein Free. Very low in salicylates. Delicious over salad or as dipping sauce for crab legs, over fish, or chicken or anything. Yumm! Not kid friendly.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup malt vinegar
1/2 Cup flax oil
1 garlic clove, quartered
handful of parsley leaves
10 sprigs fresh chives
2 shallots, peeled and quartered.

Directions:

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
