5 cup salad

This sweet tasting salad is a staple at our Easter dinner....great with ham. Was so glad after diagnosis that it could be prepared gluten-free!

Ingredients:

1 cup of shredded coconut
1 can of manderin oranges
1 cup of mini-marshmallows
1 container of sour cream
1 small can of crushed pineapple

Directions:

mix, cover, and chill
