Black bean burritos or black bean rice

This vegan dish avoids the spice, corn, and tomatoes found in many Mexican foods but is still really tasty!

Ingredients:

black beans
black olives
avocado

optional ingredients:
rice
spelt burrrito wrap

Directions:

there are two variations to this dish. Both involve heating up black beans and adding avocado and black olives. If you need a gluten free option, mix these ingredients into rice. If spelt\'s the better choice for you then put the fillings in the wrap and eat.
