Mock Popcorn

Vegan popcorn like snack for persons who have corn allergies.

Ingredients:

puffed rice cereal
olive oil
nutritional yeast

Directions:

place the cereal and nutritional yeast together in a plastic baggie. add olive oil (works best if using a spray bottle, but if you don\'t have one, just pour on a small amount at a time). seal up bag and shake and mix around until yeast coats the rice.
