Sweet Potato Stew

Sweet vegan stew. Recommend serving this with rice.

Ingredients:

black beans
pineapple (I used 1/2 a can plus the liquid)
1/2 sweet potato
a little olive oil

Directions:

cook the sweet potato, cube it, then place all ingredients together in a saucepan and heat the mixture.
