Hummus sandwich wrap

a vegan sandwich with versatile options

Ingredients:

garbanzo beans
tahini
olive oil
spelt wrap

optional ingredients -
filling options #1:
cucumber
carrots
sprouts

or:
Filling options #2
avocado
black olives
romaine lettuce

Directions:

Place the following in the blender and mix on a low setting:
3/4 cup of garbanzo beans and a small amount of the liquid from the bean can
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp olive oil

make a wrap using a spelt burrito with the hummus, 1/4 of an avocado, 1/2 of a serving of black olives, and three romaine lettuce leaves and served it with carrot sticks as a side dish.
