RICE KRISPIE TREATS

My daughter is allergic to dairy and eggs and this is something that I make almost every day for her.

Ingredients:

1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
Bring this to a boil until sugar is disolved, This just takes a few minutes so stay with it. Remove it from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter. Stir until disolved. Then add 6 cups of rice krispies and stir until coated. Put in a sprayed pan and press down. Let cool and cut. For a different taste I use half Rice krispies and half cocoa krispies or fruitty pebbles. Great for lunches, breakfast or snack.

Directions:

These are quick and easy to make. The peanut butter gives some protein and they taste great-the whole family will love them.
