Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Sugar Free Pumpkin pie made with Stevia powder and soy milk with rich flour for thickening. It is good!


4 eggs or 1 cup of egg substitute ! Add 1 29 oz can of pure pumpkin. (Not pumpkin pie mix).
2 Cups Soy or Almond Milk with 2 Tbsp of rice flower or potato starch.
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tps ginger
1/2 tps gloves
2 tsp. Stevia powder or 6 drops of liquid Stevia


Preheat oven to 425 ~ cook for 15 minutes at this temp. Then reduce temp to 350 degrees. Bake about 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean. (You know that drill .

Most people like this better than the sweeter tasting \\\"regular\\\" pumpkin pie\\\".
