Black Bean & Goat Cheese Burritos

An excellent flavor combination! This recipe is very simple and easy to make, but sure to impress with it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s unique ingredients.

Ingredients:

Canned Black Beans
Goat Cheese
Corn/Flour tortillas

Directions:

Drain only half of the liquid from the can of black beans. Pour the remaining contents in a small sauce pan and simmer on med. until slightly thickened. Warm your Corn or Flour tortillas in a frying pan until flexible. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese over half of the tortilla. Using a slotted spoon, heap on some black beans. Fold in half and enjoy!!
