No Vinegar Vinaigrette!

Slightly sweet, slightly spicey and finally something for us allergy kids!


4 tsp honey
4 tsp lemon juice
3 tblsp olive oil
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1/8 tsp tumeric
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 dashes of paprika
1/8 tsp salt

Fresh ground black pepper


Mix everything (but the pepper) together into a small bottle or whisk together. Put pepper on the salad directly. Try it out at this small portion so you can determine if you need more oil, more acid (lemon), etc. It should serve 2 BIG salads. Keep it down to small batches since it will go bad since its all fresh ingredients.. no preservatives.

Romaine lettuce
Red & Yellow peppers
Red onion
