Leah's Mango Coconut Smoothie
Power drink of the tropics! Quick and easy summer meal.
You will need:
˝ can Light Coconut Milk, Organic
˝ cup frozen mango
10-13 drops SteviaClear™
1-2 scoops Protein Powder (see recommendations below)
2 Tbs. Rolled oats (thickener)
2 Tbs. Ground flax seeds (fiber, gut-healing power)

Optimum Nutrition 100% Natural Whey Protein: 22g Whey Protein. Contains dairy. If you can tolerate dairy, whey is readily absorbable and generally tastes better than rice protein.
Pour coconut milk into blender. Add banana, mango, and stevia. Blend on high until smooth (approx 15 sec.). Add optional additions and blend until smooth. Add protein powder and hit the "pulse" button on the blender 2 or 3 times.
Important: The protein powder is fragile and will lose nutritional value if overblended, so only add it at the end and blend sparingly.
