Nothing but potatoes. Works with yams, sweet potatoes also.
Potatoe starch (or any type of starch)
Microwave potatoes for 4-5 minutes (gives same result as peeling and boiling). Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the inside into a large bowl. Mash potatoes and add starch until it is easy to make nice patties.
You can then fry in a frying pan with butter or you can bake at 325f in oven. Serve right out of the pan. With regular potatoes, you can sprinkle sugar on top. With yams and sweet potatoes they are great just the way they are.
