Carrot Slaw

Ingredients:

1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, grated
3 tbs raw apple cider vinegar
2 dates, pitted

Directions:

Blend the apple cider vinegar and the dates, adding a small amount of water if necessary. Toss the vegetables in this dressing. Serve.
