Eggless Meatballs

Meatballs made without any eggs.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey or beef

2 slices of very toasted eggless bread

1/2 cup of dried onions

1/2 pack of onion soup dry mix

1/2 tspn. salt

1/2 tspn. pepper

2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

Directions:

crumble toasts into meat and hand mix them together.

add all other indgredients together and hand mix.

roll meat into golf ball size balls.

boil meatballs for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.

brown in skillet with light oil.


Serve with eggless pasta.
