ONE-BOWL CAKE RECIPE

This is a very moist cake, easy to make, and no eggs or milk needed.

Ingredients:

Bowl #1
3 ½ cups flour
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons hershey’s cocoa or add own flavoring
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Add to bowl #1
1-cup cooking oil or 2 sticks butter
2 teaspoons vineager
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups water

Beat well, pour into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes. This is a very moist cake, easy to make, and no eggs or milk needed.

Cupcakes
Makes 2 dozen cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
