Fruit and Nut cereal

Can be a living foods recipe if you use the right ingredients. This is a great cereal that can be prepared quickly in the morning, or preped the night before.


1/2 apple
1/2 pear
2 madjool or regular dates (madjool are better), chopped
2 tbsp. raisins
3 tbsp chopped almonds
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp date sugar


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then pour almond milk over the top, and sprinkle with date sugar. let sit for about 2 minutes. You can use other sweeteners, but the date sugar gives it a little something extra! You can also use other fruits to add variety, dried pineapple, cranberries, etc. serves 1.
