Pulled Pork (Crockpot)

You're going to love this. Use your own Mexican condiments, whether it be avocado, sour cream, cheese and/or green salsa. Great in omlettes too.

Ingredients:

1 pork butt or shoulder roast rubbed with your favorite Mexican spices (optional)

Directions:

Place seasoned (or not) pork roast in crockpot and cook all day or overnight on low. While it is still warm, shred with a knife and fork.
