Radishes? That's right. They're mild and sweet tasting. Take the plunge and try this.
1 bunch radishes, stems removed and cleaned
1/4 t. salt
1 t. olive oil
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425. Clean and halve radishes. Toss with oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss into a foil-lined baking dish in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes or so for even browning. Roast longer for more carmelized radishes.
