Baked Swordfish

Fish dinner; have served with rice or couscous and broccoli or asparagus. Son likes it, but he's a fish eater!

Ingredients:

2 individually frozen fish portions, no additives
olive oil
salt
pepper
basil
garlic powder

Directions:

1.) Smear olive oil on the bottom of glass baking pan.

2.) Sprinkle all seasonings on top of oil.

3.) Smear each individual fish portion around in pan to coat; flip and repeat to coat each side.

4.) Sprinkle a little extra basil and garlic on top.

5.) Cover with foil and bake in 400 degree F oven.

6.) Uncover after 20 minutes and cook 10 more minutes.

I usually find other things to cook in the oven at the same time to save electricity.
