Breakfast Smoothie

Contains soy

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
4-5 oz. of frozen berries, any kind you can have
soymilk

Directions:

1.) Put one sliced ripe banana in blender.

2.) Put 1/2 bag of frozen berries (I've used organic frozen raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries in the past) in the blender.

3.) Pour in your favorite soy milk to cover.

4.) Press chop button several times, followed by blend button for 10 seconds.

5.) Pour into your biggie travel cup and drink as breakfast on the way to work; or, share at home with a small friend.

6.) Wash that blender out with hot water right away, so you won't have to face it when you come home from work!
