Simple Oatmeal Granola Cereal
A really basic cereal that is fruit sweetened and doubles as a afternoon/evening snack!
1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (preferably organic, but not essential)
1 generous tbsp sliced or chopped almonds
2-3 tbsp blueberries, fresh or frozen
Milk (whatever is normally used on cold cereal that is non-allergenic)
Pour into cereal bowl oats, almonds, and blueberries. Add enough milk (your preference) to almost cover mixture. Enjoy!
Other nuts can be added if desired.
Note: If using frozen blueberries more liquid may be needed, as some of existing liquid will become slushy or frozen.
