Potato Cheese Soup

very cheesy and delicious


6 - 7 potatoes
1 cup milk
3 stalks celery
1 TB cornstarch
1/2 onion
3 cans chicken broth
velveeta (1/2 block)


Cut potatoes up into small pieces and boil in chicken broth until tender. Cook celery and onion in skillet until tender. Add celery and onion to potatoes. Mix milk and cornstarch and then add to soup. Also add cheese. Cook (simmer) approx. 1 hour.
