Quick Oriental Skillet

Quick and easy gluten free, dairy free and egg free skillet. This is a great way to use up your left overs.


5 cups of steamed rice
1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
1 lb browned hamburger
2 TB non dairy margarine
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 TB Tamari sauce (wheat free soy sauce)


Melt the margarine in a large skillet. Add the Tamari sauce, garlic salt and ginger. Stir, and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and heat over medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then serve.
