I'm very new to this allergy thing but I found I could substitute some things and these cookies are so good you feel like your cheating.
Wheat free, dairy free, refined sugar free
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup Canola oil
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup honey
2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
2/3 cup Demarra sugar
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all together and shape into balls. Mixture will be wet looking, sticky and will spread alot but keep their shape.
Bake at 300 degrees 10-12 minutes.
