Chicken salad #2

This is my favorite meal for on the go. Some prep work involved but worth it. I eat this without bread of any kind for a lower carb meal.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Chicken
1 small bundle of green onion
1/2 minced sweet onion (can use yellow onion)
cut red grapes (halves or quarters are good)
dried cranberries
slivered blanched almonds
mayo of choice
seasoning salt

Directions:

Oven bake the chicken in a shallow pan with 1 cup of water (to keep it moist) and seasoning salt. When done and cool chop into cubes. Add all ingredients and stir, I do not add additional salt.
