Kepitch* - nightshade free burger topping

nightshade free burger topping

Ingredients:

2 tsp. fruit butter
2 tsp. horseradish
.25 tsp worcestershire sauce (be sure to find a worcestershire sauce without peppers in it as peppers are in the nightshade family)

Directions:

Combine.
I use pear butter, but have used pumpkin and apple with good result.

This does not taste like ketchup but fills the same sweet, spicy place.

*When my grandson, Mark, was small he called every sauce kepitch, ketchup was kepitch for burgers and syrup was kepitch for pancakes.
