Raw Porrige

A tasty fruity porrige that is very warming and provides you with plenty of energy for the rest of the day and doesn't require any cooking at all!

Ingredients:

40 g Mornflake porrige oats
a cup of soya milk
a handful of dried dates
a handful of dried ready-to-eat apricots
a tablespoon of sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons of leenseeds

Directions:

Heat up the soya milk in microwave for 2 mins. Put the porrige oats in the bowl that you are going to eat from (save some washing up). Pour the warm soya over the porrige oats and put in microwave for another minute while you are preparing apricots and dates. The easiest way to do it is to chop them with kitchen scissors. When the porrige is ready all you have to do is just mix the dried fruit and seeds in and enjoy!
It does not require any sweeteners in form of honey or sugar because of the natural sweetness of the dried fruit.
