Honey Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup garbanzo (or favorite) flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup oil
1 egg

1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 cup raisins


Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, soda, powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg).

Blend wet ingredients (honey, molasses, oil, egg) for about 3 minutes in a blender.

Combine the flour mix and honey mix and stir well. To that batter, add the rolled oats and raisins. Let stand in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Drop by teaspoon onto an oiled cookie sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350F degrees.
