Hummus and sprout sandwich
If you are able to eat some sort of bread, and love the taste of hummus... this recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (Whatver kind you can have!)
2 tbsp of hummus (flavored or plain)
a small handfull of bean sprouts
1 slice of veggie cheese (I like to use Veggie for life brand swiss flav. cheese)
Directions:
1. Take one slice of bread and cover with hummus
2. add sprouts and cheese
3. Put hummus on other piece of bread
4. make sandwich, and EAT! :)
