Amaranth Porridge

Ingredients:
1 cup amaranth, sprouted
1/4 cup figs, soaked
1/2 cup fig soak water
1/2 ripe banana
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. In a pot, heat the porridge to 115 degrees F or when hot to finger and serve.
