Chocolate cake
This is a moist egg and dairy free cake that is easy to make
Ingredients:
1st step
1 1/2cups flour
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2nd step
5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup warm water
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 F
Grease or spray 8x8 pan
Sift together the ingredients in step 1.
Mix together the ingredients in step 2. Pour into the dry ingredients, and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT OVER MIX.
Pour into pan and bake for 30 35 minutes
