Date-Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients:

3 cups oat groats, soaked
1 1/2 cups date soak water
1 cup dates, soaked
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Blend ingredients. In a pot, heat the porridge to 115 degrees F or when hot to finger and serve.
