Ham and Cheese casserole

Here's a quick, easy, low fat dish that your family will love!


3 cups noodles of your choice
8 oz. lowfat cheddar cheese
8 oz. lowfat mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
1 pound ham cubes
1 tsp. paprika
salt/pepper to taste


Combine eggs, milk, and paprika in a small bowl. Layer half the noodles, ham, and cheeses in 8 by 8 inch pan. Repeat. Pour milk over top. Freeze if desired. To serve, thaw and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350. Add a little salt and/or pepper to your liking. Enjoy!
