Banana and Chocolate Pudding.
125g dairy free margarine.
125g self raising flour.
1 tbsn of cocoa.
2 ripe bananas.
3/4 of a cup of soya milk.
Mix margarine,sugar, flour,cocoa and bananas together in an oven-proof dish.Add milk and mix well.(It should be a good cake consistency,add more milk if needed.)
Bake in the same dish at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Serve warm with cream or custard or leave to cool and eat on its own.
